Saundersfoot (4.3mls) has a great sandy beach, harbour and great selection of local pubs and restaurants. The beach is perfect for families and it is also great for kayaking, swimming, and fishing trips that can be booked from the harbour. Nearby there are many activities to try during your stay from cycling, fishing, sailing, wind surfing, horse riding or bowling. Enjoy quad biking at Ritec Valley Quad centre and white knuckle rides at Oakwood (8mls). For a family days out visit Folly Farm(4.9mls) and Heatherton Country Sports Park (8.1mls). Just 8.5 miles away brings you to Tenby with its colourful buildings, three stunning beaches, shops, restaurants and ice-cream parlours to try. An ideal location to explore this part of Pembrokeshire.
As you enter the property, you will find two lounges on the ground floor one having delightful sea views to enjoy while enjoying your cup of coffee in the morning. Comfortable seating in both rooms and Freeview TVs – perfect for mixed family groups who may like to spread out and enjoy their own space. The contemporary and open-plan kitchen/diner has all the necessities to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay and a dining table for you to eat together as a family or pull out a board game in the evening with an additional table in the second sitting area. For convenience there is also a downstairs WC ideal for when you get home from the beach and the property also has the benefits from a utility room. Head upstairs to the first floor and you will find four bedrooms: two doubles one with a en-suite shower room, one twin and a single room. All bedrooms have storage space and a light, airy feel.
