The cottage is presented as follows: - On the ground floor: an entrance, a living room with lounge, living room and fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room and a toilet. - Upstairs: a mezzanine converted into a television area, 3 bedrooms (1 160x200 bed, 2 140x190 beds and 1 90x190 bed), a bathroom with toilet. - Outside, on land of 1300 m²: a courtyard to park your vehicles, an enclosed garden of 800 m² with children's games and henhouse, a large concrete terrace. Between land and sea, Marzan, ideally located, offers a wide choice for your visits to Southern Brittany. On foot or by bike, follow the Vilaine and discover magnificent natural sites. In Arzal, you can embark on a boat cruise or practice water sports. Heritage lovers will appreciate the medieval city of Guérande just 30 minutes away and the Little City of Character of La Roche Bernard with its port and its craftsmen's shops.
