The sunny, open floor plan on the main level encourages a relaxed vibe, and allows plenty of visibility for the 55" TV. The dining area adjacent to the Chef’s Kitchen draws people together to spend mealtimes enjoying each other's company. • Please note that the neighborhood surrounding Verdant Valley has strict speed limitations. Please ensure you drive no more than 5 miles per hour on the approach to the home due to children and dogs playing. Thank you!
• This property is located in a dog-friendly community. Please do not be surprised if you see a dog or two on the approach lane. They are probably heading home!
• The private driveway to the home is steep. Make sure to keep momentum when driving up the driveway. There is also a steep exit, loose gravel private driveway behind the home. If using, please exercise caution, and drive very slowly.
• Noise Ordinance
Exterior quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. to ensure a peaceful mountain environment.

We strongly recommend CSA Travel Insurance to protect your reservation against unexpected events such as inclement weather, medical emergencies, or travel delays.

We love our furry friends! If you'll be bringing your dog(s) with you, use the "Personal Message" box when making your reservation to tell us how many (max. 2 dogs) and their weight.
• There is a non-refundable pet fee of $125 per dog (plus taxes) 2 dogs max.
• Note that the pet fee will not be included in your total rental amount. Your payment is due directly to Carolina Mornings Vacation Rentals.
• A Vacation Coordinator from Carolina Mornings Vacation Rentals will contact you within 72 hours of acceptance of your booking to collect the pet fee.
• Failure to pay the pet fee may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
• The pet fee is required; undeclared pets are subject to a penalty fine per the rental agreement terms.
