Payment/Refund Policy: If a reservation is booked within 30 days of check-in, reservations must be cancelled outside of 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival forfeit the total cost of the accommodation. If a reservation is booked outside of 30 days of check-in, the rate is entirely non-refundable and does not permit any modifications, name changes, or cancellations.

Payment Method: Balance payments made with credit card are capped at $3,500. Payments over $3,500 shall be made by check, ACH or wire.
