The house is as pictured inside, the outside and neighborhood don’t match the inside. It’s in an old neighborhood, it was safe but on a busy street corner and very noisy. We are rural people and not used to the street noise. There’s a lack of privacy outside, while there is sitting areas your not private at all. It was close to the Stockyards district and I think I thought “Historic” meant the neighborhood may reflect the stockyards area but it doesn’t. It’s close to shopping areas a 5 min drive. The inside was very well done, nice kitchen and laundry areas bedroom we tastefully decorated well thought out for guests. Communication with the owner was great just not used to the noise and busy streets.
