The Sandarac Condominium Complex offers guests a heated beachfront pool and sundeck for you to spend your days at the pool when you aren't at the beach - which is located directly behind the condo complex. No sand bar, no road to cross - in steps your toes are in the the widest stretch of sugar sand beach on the island!
When you aren't enjoying the beach, make sure to visit the north end of the island that is alive and vibrant with Times Square, Bayside Waterfront Park and many restaurants, bars, shopping, and live music spots popping up and open daily. Several Farmers Markets are open on various days of the week - the closest is at the Santini Plaza on Thursdays during season. The island's CVS, Publix, and 7-11 gas station are all less than 2 miles from the condo. Drive south off the island to Lover's Key State Park, Bonita Springs, Naples and Marco Island; north off the island you'll find the beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Island; you'll also want to visit revitalized downtown Fort Myers - a great spot for dining and nightlife. Fort Myers is also home to multiple public golf courses and the Spring Training facilities of the Minnesota Twins and the Boston Red Sox. Nearby Coconut Point and the Miromar Outlets are great shopping and dining destinations; and we can't leave out the tony Waterside shops and 5th Avenue in Naples - fun whether you shop, eat or just look! Take a day to trip to the Florida Everglades for some alligator spotting on an exhilarating airboat ride. Southwest Florida truly does have a little something for everything!
