Villa Mounia is a spectacular house located in Calonge, in the quiet residential area of Treumal, only 10 minutes from the beach. This impressive house is built in a landscaped environment with swimming pool.

On the main floor, you will find a spacious living-dining room on two levels with large windows overlooking the wonderful garden with swimming pool. In the living room, you will find two sofas and a large television. There is also a large table and chairs.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with five hobs, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, juicer and access to the covered terrace.

The main floor

On this floor all the rooms have access to the outside.

Bedroom 1: The main bedroom has a double bed with access to the garden, as well as a dressing room, bathroom with washbasin, hydromassage and shower.

Bedroom 2: has a double bed with access to the garden.Bedroom 3: with sofa bed

There is also a fully equipped bathroom with shower.

The first floor

On this floor there is only one bedroom: it has a double bed and a washbasin. It also has access to the outside which gives us marvellous sea views.

The garden

We find a nice enclosed garden with a large space. It has a large porch that will allow us to enjoy an outdoor lunch or dinner.

The house is located 5 minutes from Platja d'Aro.

The Costa Brava is famous for its coastal paths and small coves.
