This fully self contained 1 bedroom unit, is new with all new furniture, within walking distance to Waterfront, Beach and shops. You can take a relaxing walk along the beach or walking track, parks, bbq area a nice place to have a picnic or just sit and enjoy the view. Restaurants, cafe’s and shopping center near by.
Within minutes to the Sunday Market and stroll along the Bee Gees Way, or take a dip (swim) in the Lagoon.

Neat, well kept and private unit. Only 15-20 minutes from the Brisbane Entertainment Centre which made it a great option for avoiding southbound traffic after an event. Great for a quiet weekend away, and well situated to the ocean, Sunday markets, and shops all within walking distance. Would highly recommend.

Where do i start!!!Booking was so easy and The Host (Belinda) could not have helped any more than she did.Always made herself available and always replied speedily.The Propertly is imaculate. Everything you need is provided .Fully equipped kitchen/Laundry room/Beautifully presented wc and shower room.Spacious storing room for clothing....i could go on .. Beautiful Patio with electric BBQ and a lovely private garden. Shopping center within 5 minutes walk.Beach within 10 and Bus services to everywhere on the doorstep. Stayed for 3 weeks and would highly recommend

What more can I say, this home never disappoints. It is the very first property I also look to see if it's available when coming home to Brisbane for any reason. So comfortable, clean, quiet and very well appointed and I have no need for anything more. I will definitely continue to return to this property every time I visit Brisbane, regardless of which side of the city I need to be for my travel purposes.

This property is excellent, fully stocked kitchen. Great spaces in every room court yard outside with BBQ Lots to do in the area the Sunday Market was fantastic, grocery store very close and the beach and boardwalk just a short walk away. Communication with the host was excellent easy check in and out procedures. Will be back for sure

Fabulous small apartment style accommodation, exceptionally clean, all mod cons, just right for a couple. Off street parking in a quiet area, close to shops and eateries and easy walk to the beach. Communication with the caring owner was brilliant. Would absolutely stay there again.

This is our second stay at this property. Love the peace and quiet. It has everything you need and was close to where we needed to be. We will stay again and again as long as we have the need to travel regularly to Margate, QLD.

second time staying at this property and another great stay. accommodation is very clean and has all the amenities required. nice quiet street and neighbours. convenient for exploring Bramble Bay and the nearby suburbs. close proximity to the Glass House Mountain and Sunshine Coast. Bel (the host) is very prompt and friendly with all communication. Would highly recommend.

We had some issues with VRBO but the host was amazing at managing to contact us sending all the information through, Bel even phoned us in NZ to check we were ok. The accommodation was great, everything we needed and exceptionally clean. We would stay again

Perfect place for what I needed. I loved living in this area, and this accomodation was perfect for my stay. Loved having a kitchen to cook my own meals, and access to a laundry too. Bel was very easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Bel's place was modern, tidy and clean. Also just a short walk to where I need to be, and that was amazing. Bel was very kind, easy to talk to and replied all the time with a fast response witch was great thank you again.
