Harmony View is located in the heart of Boone, North Carolina and offers a stunning mountain view, a wood-burning fireplace and comfortable furnishings throughout the entire home!

The living room features nice big windows on either side of the wood-burning fireplace to allow you to enjoy the sunset while staying warm by the fire or cuddling up for your favorite movie. There are cozy couches and chairs to sit in and a flat screen TV. The dining area and kitchen are adjacent to the living room which offers plenty of space for people to spread out to cook, watch TV or work remotely from the table. The deck is accessed from the dining area and is surely to be your favorite hang-out spot while staying here! The view goes on for miles and is just simply beautiful and calming! A view like this is why people travel to the High Country!

The primary bedroom is located on the main level and has a king size bed and full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Downstairs there are two additional bedrooms - one with a queen size bed and a twin futon, and the other with a bunk bed (twin over twin) and a twin with a twin trundle under it. This room has a flat screen TV and will make a perfect hideout for kids! These two bedrooms will share a full bathroom.

Head outside to light a fire in the fire pit, play a game of Foosball under the deck, enjoy a beverage from the porch swing, or grill up your favorite meal to share with your loved ones. Enjoy the views and mountain air while you take a dip in the BRAND NEW (May 2024) hot tub! With the two levels of decking, there is plenty of space to spread out and cozy up in the mountain air.

The Blue Ridge Parkway is accessed less than 1 mile from this home. Take a day trip up to the Linn Cove Viaduct and hike some of the famous trails. You'll also be minutes to downtown Boone and Main Street Blowing Rock. Whatever fun activities are on your itinerary, rest assured Harmony View offers the perfect location!

This home is pet friendly and only allows a max of 2 dogs. The pet rent is $25 per day, per dog plus tax. Pet rent is collected through the Airbnb resolution center after a booking is confirmed.
-Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking, or by calling us with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled within 24 hours of their creation will receive a full refund of payments. Bookings canceled more than 24 hours after their creation are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Harmony View has an exterior security camera pointed away from the home to ensure the property remains safe. No cameras are on the back deck, hot tub area, or interior of the home.
