Casa Deliciosa - 2 Story Home, 2 min from beach, kitchen, office, dogs allowed

Casa Deliciosa is a spacious, 2 story house, complete with a large bedroom with king-size bed, modern bathroom, complete office, full kitchen, and living room. Perfect for a couple, this house is a great place to hang out, cook some meals, and relax after a day of adventuring throughout the island. There is AC in the bedroom and the office upstairs, although no AC downstairs in the living room/kitchen.

The downstairs has 2 fans and is all concrete keeping it cool during the day. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need and there is a TV with amazon fire stick so you can watch Netflix, Apple TV, Max, or whatever service you can login to. Wifi is very fast and reliable. The house has a lot of natural light which was designed to help the tropical plants inside the house flourish.

There are a couple swimmable beaches within 5 minute walking distance and town is 7 min cab ride or 15 min bike ride away. It is located in a neighborhood, so there are some neighbors around, but it is a lot quieter than staying in town. The alley leading to the house is unpaved and uneven. You can drive on it and park next to the house, but if you have mobility issues, it can be a little difficult.

The backyard is planted out with a variety of tropical fruit trees and plants. There are some paths but it is not designed to walk in the garden areas. We regularly see howler monkeys, hummingbirds, toucans, and many other tropical animals in the area.
