Charming apartment located inside of a residence, set in a relaxing atmosphere and close to the sea. The accomodation opens onto a spacious living room furnished with a dining table, a comfortable double sofa bed with television, and a kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave and coffee maker. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with queen-size bed and television, which overlooks the garden, as well as a bathroom with shower box and bidet. Completing the layout is the furnished garden, perfect for relaxing outdoors, which can be accessed from the living room. A well equipped beach with a private swimming pool is located 500 meters from the apartment.*The apartment is located inside a portion of the villa.
