A funky yet modern vibe—refreshingly weird might be one way to describe it.

It is an architectural rarity with lots of luxury. It was originally designed and built by an architect / land developer. The original glory is still largely in tact with a bit of a updated and modern flair. After having spent hours in the property I still walk through it with a bit of wonder and awe. It's a tad odd but a bit awe inspiring.

Our goal with this property was to create a resort / retreat for you to create memories with your friends and family. We designed it for you to be able to disconnect from normal life so that you can connect with those most important in your life. Memories are timeless. We would love to accommodate memories you can cherish for a lifetime.

● Space is accessible via a personalized code provided after booking. You can self-checkin upon arrival and come and go as you wish.
● Space is yours and only yours.
● Plenty of parking in the driveway for you to come and go. You can park in the range of 20-30 vehicles.

NEIGHBORHOOD
The property is in a relatively quiet area. There are other houses around, some of which you can see. However you have relative privacy. By all means have fun and enjoy yourself but just be mindful. The property and neighborhood is amazing. It is set a bit on top of a hill and a bit isolated from the other houses around. That means you kinda have your own little oasis.

Route 209 is closeby which has grocery stores, dining, hardware stores, shopping and much more. Pretty much everything you will need in regards to regular consumable goods is readily available in less than a 5 min drive.

THINGS TO NOTE | SAFETY & CONSIDERATIONS
● ID and security deposit are required to be submitted electronically before arrival. A rental agreement is also required to be submitted before granting access to the property. This is done electronically.
● Indoor pool is heated to maintain a temp of 82-84° and is open year round. Outdoor pool is not heated and is open from around the middle of May to the end of Sept.
● Hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge are open year round.
● Children should not be left unattended. There are two pools and a pond on the property
● We do consider allowing photography shoots but must be arranged beforehand
● Additional guests after 16 do require additional cost. Please ask for details.
● Carbon Monoxide Alarm and Smoke Alarm are installed and placed in compliance with the local municipal building code. There is one in the common living area
● Outside security cameras. Cameras record, are visible & are NOT inside of the building.
● Noise monitoring devices. Detect disruptive or destructive noise levels i.e. illegal parties.

3. NO smoking, vaping or other similar activities
4. NO pets unless otherwise expressly permitted
6. NO food or drinks in the bedroom(s) or bedroom area(s).

10. NO use of mind-altering substances of any kind
11. NO using the premises for any illegal activity
12. NO using the premises for purposes other than short-term residential purposes
13. NO loud or excessive noise
14. NO tampering with any security or surveillance device(s)
15. NO use of explosives or potentially hazardous substances
16. Respect quiet time between 10pm and 6am
17. Respect the check-in and check-out times
