"In general nice property, quiet neighborhood. We had two families with one child each and it was a little tight on space and managing with one bathroom however not the properties fault we know better next time we need more space. The proximity to the beach was nice and a selling point. House did not have a lot of games or laundry detergent/extra trash bags so I would pack a few if booking. The management company was quick to respond and accommodated our requests."

"This guest house is conveniently located on the north side of Indianapolis. I enjoyed being close to so many shops and restaurants. The house was just what I needed for myself, but it would be great for a couple too. The complimentary snacks and coffee were such a thoughtful touch. "Gorgeous location for solitude in God's creation to unwind and reset. Lovely setting and close to a multitude of outdoor activities or shopping. The Carriage House was impeccable and quite charming. In this age of tear down and build new, it was nice to see that this beautiful barn was renovated for multi-use for 4-legged and 2-legged visitors. Definitely a little slice of heaven and it was a pleasure spending time here. Although it was full on winter, we were able to hike some local trails...

"With no hotels in walking distance of Butler University, this was the perfect option for us! Paul was extremely easy to communicate with and the entire visit was flawless. I’ve stayed in many rental properties, and this one was the cleanest property I have stayed in. Paul thought of everything for a comfortable stay…all the way down to 2 umbrellas, which we needed for our Butler tour. We look forward to futures stays as our daughter will begin college here in the fall!! Just awesome!!"
