Godt hotel tæt på god strand.
Hotellet er meget godt og hyggeligt. Beliggenheden tæt på Miami South Beach er perfekt. Personalet er meget flinke og hjælpsomme. Det eneste negative var, at man glemte at gøre rent på værelset 3 gange (Vi var der i 2 uger).

Was soll ich sagen … für den Preis war das Hotel ok. Aber mich hat es enttäuscht dass ich keine Frühstück bekommen habe. Ich habe das Hotel extra nur wegen der Frühstück gebucht dass ich morgen nicht rumlaufen muss und Frühstück suchen muss. Der Dachterase ist auch geschlossen . Das fand ich auch schade. Bei Rezeption hieß es nur Abends ist offen aber das war ganze Zeit geschlossen und eine Zettel auf dem Tür geklebt dass es renoviert ist. Der Einrichtung ist auch etwa älter also sollte eigentlich auch renoviert werden. Der Vorteil ist dass die Hotel direkt am Strand ist und man hat alles in erreichbarer Nähe wie Restaurant,am Ecke ist eine Laden die 24 Stunde geöffnet ist und Bushaltestelle. Der Hotel ist sauber und die Personal ist sehr nett.

What is good: Hotel very close to the beach with easy access. What is bad - several bad things: 1) Very poor amenities in the room for the room price. In fact, only coffee table, night lamp stand and chair. No place to store things like briefs, T-shirts, socks and others 2) HUGE DECEPTION: initial description of property declares BREAKFAS INCLUDED. In reality breakfast was not provided and no explanation. 3) Noise of construction from next building

No television and breakfast is only apples and bagel/muffin with burnt tasting coffee. Compared to other places that were available it was well worth the price instead of spending crazy amounts of money on a place you basically are just sleeping at. Staff was nice and helpful and you can check out beach towels. Have to go to desk/food area for ice.

They don't have a parking lot, the near parking cost $30 a night and is located 3 block away. The Tv doesn't work, so my little one 5 yrs old was so boring when days was raining, and "Their continental Breakfast" included, is Coffe and bagels, thats it, nothing else.

I would never stay at this property again. Buyer beware. It is very close to the beach and that is the only redeeming quality. Other than that the hotel is moldy and our shower curtain was a foot too short for the shower. So our bathroom had standing water in it the entire stay. Visible mold and signs of water damage all around the room. Furniture is cheap and flimsy. Room is barren - no glasses, fridge, microwave and the hotel doesn’t even have a vending machine. You can get a stale bagel from 7-10 each morning. Our television didn’t work the entire stay and it was an overall uncomfortable and gross hotel. When we went to check out we almost missed our Uber because the front desk agent was no where to be found. A “friend” of his was sitting around the lobby and told us he was in the bathroom. He was “in the bathroom” for over 15 minutes. Also, our room was cleaned between 3pm and 4pm each day making it awkward to come back from the beach and get ready for dinner.

I didn’t like that the ac in our room was not functioning would be sleeping and literally sweating at the same time it was horrible the toilet seat was awful too seemed like there was a permanent stain on the seat which was very gross. The staff in the building were amazing and would definitely give them a raise for all the stuff they go through even the elevator wasn’t functioning for a portioning of our stay.

Lo único bueno fue que la playa está a 500 metros de resto el A/C pareciariera tener un pájaro carpintero, colchones muy duros y un ruido espeluznante a tempranas horas desde el hotel del frente en los deck de carga y el desayuno q te incluyen es un café con pan o muffin. The only good thing was that the beach is 500 meters away, the A/C seems to have a woodpecker, very hard mattresses and a creepy noise in the early hours from the hotel in front on the loading deck and the breakfast that is included is a coffee with bread or muffin

Stayed in the "penthouse" for the end of October... if you can call it that. theres no elevator access to the room and the "balcony" is just the roof deck enclosed with some plants. There were no shades in the room so it was impossible to sleep in. Worst of all is that they charged me twice for the stay. i paid thru expedia then on the way out they said my deposit would be returned soon. little did i know the "deposit" was a payment they took from me. ive straightened everything out with expedia and i still have not recieved a refund. when i call the hotel they tell me to email their refunds department and when i do they dont answer!!! I just want my money back that they stole!!!!

TV didn’t work, nor did it look like it had an option for YouTube (from looking at the remote). Rooftop was mediocre since there was a curfew and not lit up at night too. Property shows pictures of the rooftop lit up. Lastly, poor service, sometimes you have to scream for someone to come to the desk. Minus a few staffing issues and problems I stated above, still enjoyed my stay here in Miami.

When we first arrived to the property, we were greeted by a friendly receptionist. We had hoped to check in early, as they had said it would be no problem when I had called the day before. Instead, we had to wait until after 4 for our room to be ready. The room was very small, there was no dresser, and the shower was very awkward and there was no door just a small lip to contain the water. We were then told that the rooftop bar is closed and the terrace would close at 7, so even if we had wanted to relax up on the terrace for the night, we could not. The TV in our room was broken, and management had said it was due to the rain in the area. In the morning, the tv was still broken, and there was no deli or coffee bar. The receptionists were very friendly in my disappointments and concerns. Overall, I do not recommend staying here.

The room I was supposed to be in originally was still dirty so they put me in a different room. There was a carpenter ant on the bed and the room was humid and muggy, so I asked to switch rooms. I had luggage from the airport, instead of bringing my new room key up I had to haul all of my luggage to the front desk for a new key then haul it to my room. I also have a bad hip so that was too much hauling around for me and I wish the front desk agent was nicer and considerate enough that I didn’t have to do so much moving around. The new room I think he just sprayed but it smelled fresher and cleaner. I could smell the cleaning sprays in the air so I was happy with the 3rd room change!

I rented 1 of the Penthouse Suites. The room was large with a private patio space that I particularly enjoyed. If the owners of this Property put a little more effort into the upkeep, this hotel would completely ROCK. As it stands right now, the glass shower door was not installed correctly and did not hang right. The patio doors are filthy and need a good cleaning.
