"This was perfect for our annual Aug Bday bash with family. Knowing that it is a Historical Home will help with expectations of age of the home and we enjoyed that the owners kept that vibe. Yes, there could be some upgrades but, for our group, that was part of the charm and the experience. Had great communication before/during/after the stay.Pros: Lots of room for privacy yet areas for group time (we really enjoyed the large dining table) - location is ideal; between beach and downtown - kitchen...

"The house is big, clean and comfortable. I needed some place quiet to work and it was perfect. The host did a great job communicating. There are a couple things that maybe could use some updating, but the big thing is the view. You have it from every window and it's beautiful. I'm looking forward to another stay."

"Ease of getting to everything worth seeing made the stay work for us. Each day at least 3, usually 4, groups went off to different destinations to pursue different interests. The furnishings were more than adequate. The bears were exciting and frequent visitors. The listing should not refer to the dungeon if it is off limits. This was our only problem but late arrivals and early departures took care of it."

"Our stay with Linda was great. The property was just as described and was very clean and spacious. They provide everything you would need for your stay. Linda communicated with me from the days leading up to our stay and throughout our stay. The only one problem we had was the master bedroom A/C wasn't working on a very hot day. Linda came herself to look at the problem as soon as it was communicated with her, but unfortunately it was a sunday and couldn't get fixed before we left. Other than...

"Thuan was such a great host - he made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. He was great at communication and replying to all of our needs. The house was huge and very comfortable as well. If you are going with a group, it’s a good chance to play volleyball outside - overall its a great place. Highly highly recommend! Thank you!"
