"Lovely little cottage! Everything the two of us needed. Quiet, comfortable and well appointed. They even provided some simple condiments, fresh local coffee, a bottle of wine and their own local honey! Visiting the farm stand and being able to walk the farm was great too. Just a simple slice of heaven in Rhode Island. "

"Great upscale location tucked away and surrounded by lush landscapes but within walking distance to town. "

"We spent mornings on the deck drinking coffee and taking in the quiet water views and evenings watching the sunset. It was a lovely escape but still close enough to walk into the charming town.Very clean and contemporary feeling space with much more than you’d typically find in a rental. More like staying in your friend’s nice apartment than in a bare bones rental property."

"Awesome house and wonderful hosts. We were in town for Newport Folk Fest. This place is a short drive or bike ride from the venue. Very comfortable for our group of 6 people. A huge plus is that each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower! Truly a rare find in rental houses and key for a group. The yard is beautiful and peaceful. Very functional space. Katie and Bryan were excellent hosts, very easy to communicate with and accommodating. "

"The area was beautiful! We went mid August and the neighborhood had gorgeous flowers blooming everywhere. The beach area was private and so relaxing. Our pup loved exploring the doggy beach. Good area for restaurants too… we really enjoyed Turk’s!"
