The pool, spa and play area was a hit for the adults and grandkids especially after being at an event all day. Inside the ping pong, fooseball and arcade game kept everyone just as busy. "My group of 18 had a great time - thanks for everything!"

"The house is beautiful and spacious for a group of 8 men. But the fixtures were old, rooms were not represented well on line so we found some unacceptable. Only one dishwasher for more than 8 in our opinion would not be acceptable. The fact that we need to buy our own toilet tissue and paper towels is surprising for a home of this price range. Kitchen lacked mixing bowls, cooking supplies were ok but lacked several things we needed like basic cooking pans. Probably would not return."

"This property was so great for a relatively wild group! The rules sound scary but I promise they aren’t bad. There is a noise restriction but it is a reasonable level and this is coming from a group of people who whisper at a normal persons yell (haha). The place was so clean and organized and super easy to get to the strip. Linda was great! Check in requires you to meet up with the property manager and then follow her to the location but it’s fine because she’s great. Pool cleaners did come by...

"Wonderful trip to run a marathon with friends. House easily accommodated our large group and everyone had their own bed. We cooked at the house and enjoyed being able to all sit together the neighborhood was safe and close to lots of grocery stores and also close to the strip so we could go down there and hang after our race. Highly recommend Posh Villa especially if you have a large group of friends traveling together. "

"This place is really cool! Huge home with an amazing pool and water feature. Very secure and safe feeling. We were amazed at how quick we could get to the Las Vegas Strip. We went to Paris one night to eat at Gordon Ramsay's Restaurant. From the driveway of the house to standing in the casino was about 30 minutes. Highly recommended and we will be back!"

"The house was perfect for our last minute trip of 8 adults. The beds were comfortable and rooms were very spacious. The backyard was a great hangout for us to bbq and talk with each other. Although it was a little chilly, we did dip our feet in the pool. This house is perfect if you are tired of the strip and just want to lounge around with friends. "

"Clean property in new home (2025). Beds comfortable. But property is pretty stark. No commonly expected items in the kitchen were available. Had to provide everything ourselves, including coffee filters and water. "

"My three adult children and I and four grandchildren stayed at the home. It was absolutely perfect for us. The hosts have made it very special and have paid attention to detail in every area. The pool was a huge plus and a hit as well as the backyard barbecue and dining area. We loved our visit and we hope to come back again. You won’t be disappointed. "
