"Air conditioning in the downstairs only go down to 70°and the bedroom in the upstairs never got below 76° and that was during the night when it mattered most. After having to constantly battle through communicating with the host about the problem and having to prove myself correct they agreed to a partial refund. Then I had to message them around a week later to get them to make refund. Not the way I want to spend my vacation. The time I spent having to communicate was definitely a distraction...

"I would have given the house a 5-star review with the exception of two issues. The first issue was the temperature in the home - particularly the kids' rooms did not have ceiling fans and this made the rooms incredibly hot. There was a standing fan, but it did not make that much difference. The thermostat did not go under 70 but it was much hotter in those particular rooms. The second issue (it was not a huge issue for us because we were not in the house for long periods of time) were the TVs....
