"The log cabin lodge is run by Sasaki San and his mum. Lovely people. The place was clean and very quiet. All we heard were the birds and great view of the lake. Sunset made the island shine and a rainbow to appear. Since the cabin is surrounded by nature, just keep the insect screens in place when the verandah doors are open and all is good. We took the meal package as it was well rated. It was more than we expected. The steak was surely the highlight - juicy and tender. Best I’ve had so...

"The toilet was leeking, we had no towels and we could't buy hot water for tea, but the bed was very comfy and the people nice."

Der var ikke meget plads ud over sengen, men det generede os faktisk ikke. Personalet var utrolig søde, og vi havde det virkelig godt der. Beliggenheden var desuden perfekt og super central."

"This is a very special hotel. It lies in a huge garden with a string of small lakes running through the grounds. There are lots of monkeys running around and lots of huge birds in the trees. It is quite a long walk from the reception to the (furthest) rooms, so not good if you are disables. There is a very large pool and a very large restaurant. There are also a lot of activities on the grounds. It was a pity that we were only staying from sundown to early morning."
