"Excellent stay! Greeting Upon Arrival: excellent. Very nice staff Check In: smooth process. I don't know how it happened but a pleasant surprise to be VIP. Our room was upgraded to a 1 bedroom with 2 full bathrooms and full kitchen. Amenities: excellent. Restaurants for dining, pool choices, bars Quality of Food: could be better. "I didn't think the bar drinks warranted the high price they asked. Too expensive! At check out I was fine to pay our consumables charged to our room. However, there were unexplained taxes, sewage use from the city, and many other items that could not be explained to me. I want to have all of that expense up front and paid when I book the room.
