We were actually pretty disappointed overall with our stay here...
At first, we thought the resort was very nice. But in the first 5 minutes upon entering our room, we discovered 3 different things that were broken, and then more things over the course of our 4-day stay. We also heard this from many other guests as well that they were having the same issues. We also found that the room wasn't very clean... our comforter was dirty and there was someone else's hair blowing around the bathroom floor.
Outside of our room, the resort is EXTREMELY confusing, and the map and spiel that they give you when you check-in isn't helpful at all. We got lost at least 10 different times and had to ask for help any time we tried to get ANYWHERE, and everything is a walk or far apart.
There's also not much for nightlife here, there's only like 2 places we found to grab food or drinks at night, and the food overall was extremely disappointing and unimpressive. We even spent $350 USD one night on dinner, and they served us two tiny little plates of food and we were still hungry when we left.
I will say that the staff are all extremely friendly and helpful, but we would not stay here again.
