The resort was very nice and cozy. Although it’s not very large, it felt safe and easy to navigate — which was perfect for both my parents and young kids.
Day 1: From transportation to check-in, everything went smoothly. All the staff we encountered were friendly, professional, and welcoming.
Day 2: We learned that restaurant reservations are made daily, which meant waking up early just to secure a spot. We got up at 6:30 AM only to find that the Japanese restaurant was already fully booked. Surprisingly, the front desk was able to book us a reservation for the following day, which felt misleading considering we were told reservations are same-day only. Because of this confusion and inconsistency, I deducted one star.
Departure Day: Unfortunately, our experience ended on a bad note. Our airport driver was unprofessional — driving unsafely while using his phone, which made us feel very uncomfortable. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially when guest safety is at risk. Deducting another star for this.
Overall, the resort itself is beautiful and the staff (aside from the driver) were great. Despite the issues, we will definitely come back again — hoping for improvements next time.
