"Irma is located beatiful, with magnificent view over the Zihuatanejo bay. The pool area is great too. The service are not good; check-in was a drag. The english language was a Challenge at reception. We prepaid for 5 people, only showed up 4, still they wanted us two pay xtra because the child was 13 and for them an adult. "Catalina has the best location on playa la Ropa, Zihuatanejo. The service is great and the atmosphere is warm and familiar. Do not miss the sunset at the Panoramic Sunset bar or the great food in the restaurant Linda Vista. "Lovely unit, and amazing staff! When we messaged in advance and i mentioned family with mobility issues, they moved us to a lovely first floor unit, right on the beach. Did options were limited, but very good, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate requests. Absolutely lovely stay!"
