"Our stay here was fantastic! Our concierge Roque and Gonzalo went out of their way every single day to make sure we had everything needed. Alexander Colorado and Lupita were always there to get us what we needed anytime we saw them as well. There really was not a single person who wasn’t welcoming. "It’s been a long time since I’ve been to Mexico & all inclusive and this trip was beyond amazing. The food options were phenomenal as were the drink options. The property always had events daily all the while trying to keep you engaged. Pools were great! Upon arriving staff was PHENOMENAL! Pepe was great with letting me know immediately upon arrival what to expect. The only thing I wish there was more of was music at the pool, this would be a great addition for guests to enjoy their time...

"Well-run hotel with great service and good faciiites overall. Food selection was decent. The suite was amazing, the best I’ve stayed in of any similar tier of resort. Good clean resort, attentive service, lots of smiles. The entertainment was good and we thought the traditional Mexican festival with foot stands and dancers outside in the sandy pavilion was super unique. Overall, we had a great time. Service and operations management are doing a great job. Opportunities: - not enough chairs...

"The property is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The beach is amazing with the ability to walk quite far on a shoreline. When you get to the hotel, make sure to make dinner reservation for their evening restaurants because they are amazing. We really liked the Asian and Mediterranean ones. Rooms get cleaned twice a day which is nice. One thing we didn't like was a buffet with small food options and it's the same every day. I wish we were told that we could eat at the restaurants...

What we wish we knew before booking:
"Overall the room was roomy and clean and the bathroom was huge and the shower was great. The pool area is super small and doesn’t seem like it fits the hotels capacity. We stayed on the 4th floor, right underneath the pool and we had a super strange smell present in the room at all times. It was a mix of chlorine and mold. The beds are extremely soft and kinda swallows you. There is a dj present at the pool/bar area, playing extremely loud music, which we also had the “pleasure” of in our room….till 10 pm on Sunday. To add the cherry on top, they started construction and drilling right above our room at 6.45 am. The lady that checked us in, made us feel like we were a huge annoyance and definitely wasn’t a very pleasant welcome. She checked us out a few days later and nothing had changed in her attitude. We didn’t do the all inclusive, so we have no notes on the food. "
