"The decor is very nice and room was comfortable but March is very windy and it wasn’t the most pleasant time. The sushi lunch spot only has outdoor seating and the umbrellas weren’t able to be opened bc of the wind, so it was super bright. Also it’s a very big property. Walked to the spa only to find out the steam room / sauna are coed and had to go back for swimsuit. Spa was pretty good but $34 per hour to use sauna and they have these young male attendants that follow you around, it’s a bit...

"We had an amazing time here in Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos I couldn't ask for a better experience. Food was spot on, staff was unmatched, and couldn't be happier with the service here. We plan on staying at more Hyatt hotels in the future."

"Overall very impressed. The biggest concern was that you cannot swim in the ocean here and we didn’t see this overtly listed in the Expedia advertisement before booking. Nevertheless the pools were great and we still played on the beach with our toddler. Great crafts for kids as well. "

"We loved our stay here . The resort was beautiful, large beach area , clean rooms, quiet , comfortable beds . Not a party resort at all. All the 5 restaurants were great. Food was excellent , drinks were quality and staff was always available to refill your drinks or bring food to your chair .i have zero negative things to say . I will be back ."

"Hotel is a little older, but very well maintained. For an all-inclusive we were very positively surprised by the quality and selection of food - and the service was excellent across the hotel. Only reason why it does not get a perfect 5 star rating is that we had a charge of 4.500 MXN (225 USD) on our room that we did not agree with. The front desk agent said that this was something we have to talk with a supervisor about, "but they are all in a meeting, so you have to pay now"."
