"Staff were great - food was excellent at Sushi by pool and Paloma’s in the Blanco - would rather the pool music was less loud or loud for an hour or 2 then just instrumental - but resort is catering to all ages so I understand."

Only reason why it does not get a perfect 5 star rating is that we had a charge of 4.500 MXN (225 USD) on our room that we did not agree with. The front desk agent said that this was something we have to talk with a supervisor about, "but they are all in a meeting, so you have to pay now"."
