"We just returned from Marival Emotions and we had the best time!!! I am not sure where all the bad reviews come from?? We were there for 7 nights on an all inclusive package. It was my husband, myself and our 2 boys aged 2.5 and 5. We arrived at the resort at noon and our room was not ready but we were able to take FULL advantage of all the amenities. Upon arrival we realized we left one of our bags in the shuttle and the gentleman at the front handling the luggage was beyond helpful in helping...

"Many times repeat guest at Palladium. Low season so hotel was full of locals on 3-4 day trips. Large family groups who tolerated us but are not generally friendly or communicative and squeeze you out of your space if you don’t stand your ground. Perhaps it's because we went towards the end of busy season/beginning of the off season, but there were 2 of 7 nights that all property restaurants were closed, many nights only one restaurant was open. "Belle emplacement! Options pour tous! Notre première chambre était la 301 vie partielle sur l’océan. Très belle chambre et propre. Nous avons demandé un upgrade section Hacienda Adulte seulement et avons eu la 193 swim out. Juste wow! Le staff était d’une politesse incroyable. Coup de coeur pour Felix section plage, Louis section OWest et Cesar section piscine Hacienda. Les plus beaux couchés de soleil jamais vue au roof top OWest… bonne nourriture.
