"We had a reservation for the small rooms. At first they tried to ask us to upgrade for an extra 25USD / night (which would have been cheaper to order directly at hotels.com). We decided not to and received a free upgrade as they had no available small rooms. However, when we entered the room, there was a leak in the aircondition which had been there for hours. The couch underneath was soaked. They fixed the leak within minutes, however nothing was done with the couch. For all 4 days we had a wet...

"Hotellet er nedslidt, men beliggenheden fantastisk med egen strand med hjælpsomt personale! Safen er en gammel metalkasse med lås og slå… Wifi virker KUN i lobbyen, sjældent på værelset! Receptionisten var både ved ind- og indtjening direkte uhøflig og sendt mig op på værelset efter remoten (?) med en nøgle, han lige havde tjekket ud."

"The property was beautiful. We stayed in Phase III which is still under some construction around the pool area. Access to pools in all three phases is allowed so we used multiple pools. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was delicious, definitely worth the upgrade. There is a coffee shop on property with great coffee and amazing desserts. Room service was fast and the food was good. "
