"This is a well positioned property with some nice features. Hot tub was really great and probably the best shower we have ever had in a holiday rental! Plenty of off road parking. Although the property can sleep a large group there are no washing or toilet facilities upstairs which could be something to consider. Kitchen is modern but compact. Downstairs bedrooms have what you need in the space available. Garden accessed by a flight of steps. Worth taking a torch! Our dog loved the bed...

"Had a lovey stay at property, very peaceful break with only being 5-10 minute walk to the beach, checking in process was easy and great correspondence from owners. Lovely touch with welcoming package, would not hesitate in staying here again. "

"This property was great , with views of the river and boats . It was as described and very spacious. It was clean and well equipped overall. Hot tub was fabulous and easily accomodated 8 people. The host was very responsive. The area was brilliant with lots to do . Mississippi steamer was a great experience the kids loved it. Would highly recommend this property and area . "Amazing property, lots of space and set in a beautiful setting. Although a steep walk, it really isn’t far to both St Ives and Carbis Bay. The only thing to note that we were told non residents couldn’t use the pool in holiday time. "
