"A very spacious and nicely furnished chalet in a quite holiday park situated about a 20 minute drive away from Bude. Peter, the owner was very helpful and was very quick to answer any queries we had. Our only criticism is that there needs to be another bathroom to accommodate a larger group than my famlly of 3 adults and a toddler staying there."

"The property was perfect for our needs. The views were great. Ours was an Autumn stay so didnt use the garden but it must be lovely in the summer.....secure and no paths or road directly outside. Not overlooked...parking private and spacious...the property had everything you could need....clean...comfortable...great access to the beach and coast path. (We no longer have dogs ....i did think that i may have been worried about them bringing too much sand or wet inside as the door opens directly...

"The property was ideal for us -a couple with a dog. it might have been a squeeze for 4 people. If anything the chalet was over equipped as not much room for our own groceries but not complaining about that. "

"We had a lovely stay at Beach Retreat the views from the chalet were just fantastic and being able to walk from the end of the garden when tide was out either direction was great. If you are a swimmer great to be able to have a swim when the tide was in. Great neighbours either side.I would suggest you take fans as we did as the chalet gets extremely hot (greenhouse springs to mind) with no air con, we also took our own umbrella for the outside table.On a negative note we did think that the...
