"Fantastic and very helpful host. Great room and wonderful garden. About a 30 minute walk from the airport and a 20 minute walk from the NEC. The only thing missing was an included breakfast. The WiFi is very slow - streamed did sometimes buffer and not really any restaurants or anything near by and it wasn’t possible to order in without an English mobile number, but the host was very helpful and friendly. "Very clean, and well kept static. Good size main bedroom with ensuite bathroom which was nice. The second bedroom is very small with tiny beds so if you have kids that are teens you may find it too cramped, an adult would certainly struggle to sleep on the beds. It was very clean and obviously cared for. Let down in a few areas which if addressed would making it top notch, main thing was the master bedroom mattress, it's obviously a cheap mattress and not very comfortable, the kitchen is...
