"Great location, really friendly, helpful and welcoming staff, rooms were really clean and warm and we had everything we needed. Breakfast was really nice with great service and they made us all feel welcome every morning and included the kids in everything. Would 100% stay here again for our next visit. "

"Still a great hotel but things have definitely slipped since my last few visits. Slow check in, bathroom extractor fan not working, partially blocked bath and faulty lights. All small problems but it does point to slipping standards. I’ll give it one more go, based on previous experiences but might have to find another favourite hotel for my trips to Blackpool if things remain the same. "

"We were allocated a room on the 3rd floor but we noticed straight away that the toilet was leaking. The staff were straight onto the problem but it couldn't be quickly fixed so we were moved to an alternative room which was more spacious and with a nicer outlook. The room was comfortable and had all we needed. We enjoyed the breakfasts and booked to eat in the hotel each night and were not disappointed- good food, and not too pricey. "We stayed at The Carlton Best Western Hotel Blackpool. Hotel was spotless, comfortable and the staff were lovely, very helpful , nothing was too much trouble for them. It is in a prime spot for buses, trams & taxis. Its also only a short walk into town centre. I would definitely be retaining in the near future."

"Stort hotel, med mange faciliteter, blandt andet et meget stort fitness center, som er rigtig fint. Værelset var slidt og flere ting var gået i stykker, blandt andet virkede halvdelen af belysningen ikke. Morgenmaden var meget engelsk og der ikke tænkt på, at gæster som ikke er fra UK, måske har nogle andre præferencer omkring morgenmad.
