"Man skulle henvende sig et helt andet sted for at få udleveret nøgle til sit værelse og det fremgik ikke på nogen måde ved bestillingen. Der skulle betales 15$ for parkering, hvilket heller ikke var oplyst, og det var meget svært for en udlænding at få betalt i betalingsanlægget."

"The outdoor pool was shut down and will be for the season but we werent told until check in. This is due to construction. The indoor pool was pretty nice. The hot tubs are sma but nice enough. The ocean is truly right there and you can sit on the balcony and listen to it but there is no view of the water. Overall, i was disappointed with a few things but very nice peoperty for the money. Once construction is complete it will be a 5 star i am sure."

"Please go spend your money elsewhere! We have to autistic daughters who have an extreme age difference. The room we paid for said online it had 2 twin beds. We got there and it only had one for them to share. I called management and asked to get whatbi paid for sue to our daughters sensory issues and they told me nothing was available. After we left and i asked for a partial refund because we were not given what we paid for as well as the community amenities were not functioning and the ones...

"The maintenance of the room was very poor: stains, rust, dust, wobbly taps and towel racks, old paint, etc. Cleanliness: stains on carpet, dust everywhere, long hairs on pillows. Upon check in the room was organized, but no deep cleaning was apparent. "

"We were only here for one short stay. Arrived at 3 o’clock, and we were given the code to our room. We were in unit number one at the corner. We had an issue at the very beginning where we couldn’t find the bed, and it turns out the bedroom door had locked behind the housekeeper I guess. Once she came and unlocked it for us everything was perfect. The kitchen and bedroom are both beautifully updated as well as the bathroom. We were very happy with our stay."
