"This spot was what we'd hoped it'd be for our trip. It's within convenient reaches of the 2,3,4,5 trains, is in a beautiful and safe area, slept our family sufficiently, and had a WASHER/DRYER combo!!The communication was excellent from the host and though we had our reservation cut then reinstated due to an issue with the platform, we knew our host would handle the issue, which she did!A few things that are being updated by the host- the shower drops a bit onto the floor, the dryer caused a...

"We stayed for four days on a trip to see a bunch of Broadway shows and do touristy things in New York. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable with plenty of space to spread out. It has everything you need (plus a lot of nice extras - welcome snacks, toiletries, washing machine, grill, huge TV room). It’s easy to get to Manhattan on the Subway and it’s a nice refuge at the end of the day if the city is just too much. The neighbourhood felt safe - we walked back from the Subway after dark...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We did have a few hiccups but these were resolved by the property manager. We had a nice time in NYC while there for our daughter's graduation. We love the neighborhood, restaurants, pubs, grocery stores were super easy to walk to along with close proximity to transit. The house was super roomy and allowed everyone to have their own space. I would definitely book this place again!"

"From start to finish we had an excellent one-month stay in this beautiful expansive home. The owner was prompt and professional with all of our questions and requests and went out of the way to ensure our comfort. The home itself was immaculately handed over to us, stocked with linens, towels and kitchen materials. It is an older property, but does not lack in cleanliness and all appliances and bathrooms were in perfect order. We cooked many meals in the large kitchen and a large group of 7...

"The apartment is located on the second floor, and it was decorated true to the bohemian style. It was a perfect place for a girls trip with my friend and our daughters. Host is very helpful and responsive, the area is nice with corner stores and restaurants close by. It wasn’t too bad to find parking, but know you have to change sides of the street for street cleaning. We took advantage of the kitchen and everything worked well. Beautiful large windows with tons of natural light. "

"Good location though loud due to road noise. Support was prompt when needed and helpful. We will definite look y’all up next NYC visit. "

"Our group consisted of 5 women in the city for a family bridal shower. This unit met our needs perfectly. The beds were all very comfortable, plentiful hot water, and a cool long dining table to eat together or just sit around and chat. We had everything we needed and access to transportation nearby. Our one request for extra towels was satisfied extremely quickly (within 5 minutes). We highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again. "

"Selve hotellet service var i top og alle meget venlige. Men hotellets restaurant var ikke særlig serviceminded vi spiste juleaften buffet her fik vi afvise det var 2 t og 30 min man spiste. Men tjeneren sagde til os efter 1 time at vi kun havde 15 min igen. What vi gav 70 dollars pr mand også bliver man smidt væk. Mega dårligt at man ikke engang kunne nå at spise og drikke færdig. Og kunne ikke få et glas vin skulle købe en hel flaske. Virkelig en dårlig oplevelse. Da vi klagede til manageren blev vi lovet noget til morgenmaden som kompension, der var intet ved morgenmaden. Det var bare glemt. Så dårlig oplevelse af flere omgange. Men resten af personalet på hotellet var søde og hjælpsomme. "

"Hotel has a great location just 1 min from TS. Quiet in the evenings. But room was so cold as the windows did not have isolation. Breakfast was a joke. To sit you need to pay 6,5$ plus tax plus tip. Even though breakfast was incl. best choose was Carve breakfast to go. Staff not very informative. Storage of luggage 1$ per item same day pick up. Room was nice and clean every day and bed was nice. "

"Godt hotel lige rundt om hjørnet fra Times Square, og alligevel i rolige omgivelser. Perfekt gåafstand til mange seværdigheder, og metro. Interiøret var af ældre dato og slidt, men der var pænt og rent. Sengene helt fine, og gode muligheder for opladning af mobil på sengebordet."
