"Awesome place so well maintained and a beautiful serene setting. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!"

"Clean and cozy! We struggled with some of the "smart house" style features, but that was fun once we figured it out. A couple of the features didn't work. Owner was very responsive to questions and helpful. With cleaning fees and so forth it was pricey for the one night we stayed, a longer stay would balance that out."

"Great property, fully renovated with everything included in the house. Big backyard where our kids spent most of their time when at the property. Host was very nice and understanding when we lost the key on the first day. Overall great experience. 10/10"

"The location ON the Moose River was gorgeous but the cottages are VERY close so it was a little noisy. The decorations on the grounds for Halloween were adorable! It was difficult to learn how to operate the TV and the heaters (it was cold in the mornings). There were no instructions left to run either item and when we called the number listed, we could only leave a message but nobody called us back. "全てにおいてストレスフリーな最高の旅だったよ！日本から来た友人も良い思い出ができたと言ってるよ。ありがとう！"

"We attended a family wedding and property worked out great! Beds were so comfortable and it was very quiet. Liked that it was close to Ithaca. We did have ants in the kitchen and master bath. The towels were stained and worn."

"This was the cutest remodeled farmhouse. Location was perfect to Dreams Park. This property was beautiful and I looked forward to hanging out here between and after ballgames. It helped make our experience even more relaxing and fun! Thank you!"

"Overall our family enjoyed our stay: ) The home was clean, cozy and stylish. The location was great, we enjoyed walking around town throughout our stay. There are two items that were not ideal, we did find the Air conditioning to be a bit loud especially during the night when trying to sleep. Also, there was no way to enjoy the front or the backyard of the house. All in all we had a great week in Geneva!"

"Only 1 bathroom and could not get the air conditioning to work."

"We stayed a week with our two daughter's and their young families. The house was loaded with all sorts of things for the kids. The finished basement and playroom (along with extra bedrooms) was a great benefit. The pool was great and well maintained.Lots of bikes for everyone, including a carriage attachemnt for our 3 and 2 year old grandsons. A bike for our 6 year old grandaughter who recently learned to ride. We rode with them to the beach each day as well as into the village on a regular...

"Overall, exactly what I expected. Beautiful location. Neighbor a bit aggressive, but I understand."
