"This property was at most the horrible experience. Property is not at all where it states on the website. When we arrived the ceiling was falling due to an old leakage and when I communicated with someone in charge of property, they said maintenance will come. We stood for a week and they came at the second to last day of our stay. It was cold every morning and the windows were patched with garbage bags. "My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights with our 6 month old baby and we had an amazing time. The apartment is in a great location. Easy to walk to Central Park, 5th Ave. the Metro and local restaurants/grocery stores so it was simple to get out and about to explore. The apartment itself was clean and well equipped with the addition of the pack and play available to us on arrival. "

"Check-in and check-out process was a breeze in this stylish studio located in a very safe walkable area. Loads of sunlight and lots of city traffic noises (bring a sound machine/ ear plugs if you have trouble sleeping) which added to the experience. Loved being able to easily walk to Central Park, 5th Ave and Broadway/Times Square area. Studio had everything we needed for a 3 day weekend getaway including a fridge and microwave. "An absolutely delightful group of individuals who assisted with all the pre-planning paperwork and details to assure our smooth arrival. The condo was immaculate upon arrival. Care was certainly given to provide a comfortable space to reside for our 6 nights. Appliances were very clean and operable. Security in the building is absolutely wonderful. We couldn't have chosen a more perfect space to spend our short-term getaway in the "Big Apple." HIGHLY RECOMMEND this VRBO."

"It’s going to be very difficult (or expensive) to find a stay that tops this place in Manhattan when traveling with family. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the rooftop was the perfect retreat at the end of the day. Communication was very quick and they answered all of my issues.
