"This place was the best option for this area. I didn’t personally like the crowded area but this hotel definitely made up for it. They had everything here. Breakfast, fitness center, first come first serve parking in the back of the hotel, friendly and very helpful and accommodating staff. "

"This was close to the venue I attended in the Bronx It was clean a variety of foods Dunkin’ Donuts Burger King lMexican,Chinese and bodega. You have to beware of where you’re at. But overall I enjoy the hotel. I gave a 4 stars because they didn’t vacuum the elevator it may sound petty but the appearance of the elevator bought it down a star."

"Nice and clean rooms with relatively little noise given the location. Convenient for subway. Simple, but nice breakfast. Many smaller supermarkets close by and possibility of using microwave and eat own food for dinner in breakfast area. Safe parking (USD 20 per day)"

"Hotellets lobby er under ombygning, hvor det er et kedeligt indtryk, man får ved ankomst. Hotellet ser slidt ud. Værelset og badeværelset er dog rene. Sengelinned nyt og pænt. I modsætning til tidligere besøg har de ikke roomservice, hvilket var årsagen til vores valg af hotel, så det var en skuffelse. Det føles ikke som et 4 stjernet hotel."

"Opholdet var meget fint: Hoteller er super. Vi har sådan set intet at klage over. Receptionisterne var super professionelle, og rengøringen af værelset helt i top. Eneste lidt negative oplevelse var et besøg i hotellets skybar (39. etage), hvor servitricen var lidt for anmasende - og insisterende i forhold til "sine tips"."

"Godt ophold. Meget venligt og serviceminded personale. Fra ankomst blev vi taget godt imod af især Touria, som altid møder en med et smil. Til morgenmad var Anna utrolig imødekommende og hjælpsom med det man skulle bruge. Hotellet ligger centralt. Er af ældre dato, men super fint til en storby ferie. "

Men hotellets restaurant var ikke særlig serviceminded vi spiste juleaften buffet her fik vi afvise det var 2 t og 30 min man spiste. Men tjeneren sagde til os efter 1 time at vi kun havde 15 min igen. What vi gav 70 dollars pr mand også bliver man smidt væk. Mega dårligt at man ikke engang kunne nå at spise og drikke færdig. Og kunne ikke få et glas vin skulle købe en hel flaske. Virkelig en dårlig oplevelse. Da vi klagede til manageren blev vi lovet noget til morgenmaden som kompension, der var intet ved morgenmaden. Det var bare glemt. Så dårlig oplevelse af flere omgange.
Men resten af personalet på hotellet var søde og hjælpsomme. "
"You can’t expect big rooms in New York so the small room was as expected. The beds were very comfortable, even the sofa bed, which was also very easy to put away every morning. Breakfast was served on paper plates and with plastic cutlery, which we did not like but breakfast was okay. Location is absolutely excellent and staff is very helpful and service minded. "Hotel has a great location just 1 min from TS. Quiet in the evenings. But room was so cold as the windows did not have isolation. Breakfast was a joke. To sit you need to pay 6,5$ plus tax plus tip. Even though breakfast was incl. best choose was Carve breakfast to go. Staff not very informative. Storage of luggage 1$ per item same day pick up.

"Had a very pleasant stay at Motto. Bed was comfortable and the room functional despite the tiny size. You must know each other quite well as both toilet and shower in inside an ‘IKEA closet’ worked fine for us - myself and my 11 yo son.
The cleaning was spotless but I wonder why towels are changed every day even when they are thoroughly hung up by us. Also it doesn’t make any sense that you book a double room pay 10$ fee every day and only get citi-bike vouchers pr. night and not pr. person. Didn’t really have much contact with the staff but they seemed very nice.
