Here’s your full review, cleaned up and strong while keeping your tone:

This place doesn’t have basic amenities, like a handicap-accessible chair for bathroom and the entrance has a small step when going into the room making it not truly wheelchair accessible. As someone who is disabled, that was a major issue for me.
The main doors were locked because no one was at the front desk—even though we paid a lot of money to stay here. The window didn’t close properly, so the room was cold the entire time. The TV didn’t work properly either.
They were also limited on comforter .which makes no sense for a hotel. The room is advertised for two people, but it honestly feels like a room for one person with two beds squeezed in. There’s barely any space to walk around.
On our last day, one of the cleaning staff tried to come into our room before we were even finished packing and leaving. On top of that, my friends were getting called by random men while we were trying to get into the hotel.
For a newer building, this was a horrible experience. The staff were nice, but it’s just not worth the money. Do not recommend—especially if you’re wheelchair-bound or have a disability. You’re better off using your money to stay in Times Square and actually get what you pay for.
Never coming back.
