"My week's stay in this comfortable apartment was very much as I had hoped it would be... homey and fairly close to the University of San Diego.
This particular unit I stayed in was very private... the front entrance, as well as the back patio off the kitchen, which I took advantage of. Being a week long stay I also very much appreciated having laundry facilities. With 3 full rooms, plus the back patio, there was plenty of room move about. I also appreciated the natural light coming in through...

"The unit was very clean and well maintained, and the location is top-notch. It’s an easy walk to the beach, coffee shops, and stores, which made getting around very convenient. We also appreciated the bikes that were available and made good use of them during our stay.A few things could be improved. The A/C and fan weren’t powerful enough to keep the unit cool, so it became quite hot inside. Since there were no windows that could be opened for fresh air, the space stayed warm and uncomfortable....

"Great neighborhood! Everything is so close and convenient. It was absolutely amazing. We were 3/4 of a mile away from my son and daughter-in-law‘s house so that part was perfect as well. When they say this is a walkable location they are spot on it was amazing. The neighborhood in addition to being inconvenient is so incredibly safe; it is full of couples and families and people out walking their dog. It has an incredible feel. I would absolutely stay here again. The one thing that we wish the...

"Upside-Place was in a great location. Good for the price. Plenty of parking on street. Plenty of room for my family. Responsive host. Downside-was given incorrect code to get in at first, not enough wash towels or toilet paper, dryer didn't work, 2 chairs at kitchen table broken and unsafe. Bugs-silverfish in sofa drawer. I was told by host a new washer and dryer was being delivered during our stay between cleaning time 11-3, no one came to deliver anything or clean for that matter. Master had 2...

"This is our second time staying here. Obviously, we wouldn’t have come back if we didn’t have a wonderful experience the first time. The second time was equally great! For those who work from home, it appears as though the Internet has gotten some sort of upgrade since our last visit. The Internet was already solid, but now the average speed was well over 300 Mbps on the download. I don’t think I mentioned the convenience of having a reserved parking spot in my last review. That’s such a big...
