"I booked the room through Expedia, which routed me through VRBO.As the day approached, I realized I hadn't gotten any info from VRBO regarding check-in instructions, etc. Typically, this is very detailed before-hand via email and text. We arrived at a very derelict-looking property about 6pm and there weren't any signs of life. The office was locked. I knocked, but through the glass I could see there was no one inside. "The property has a great location. The parking spot was very convenient. The host was very responsive every time I had a question. Laundry room on site was great. The space was large but there wasn’t much of any amenities inside the apartment but there was enough to survive a couple days. Great price for the location and space."

"When I checked in, the nice lady at the desk told me my reservation was listed under a different person. I showed her my reservation, my itenary #, all of the info she requested. She told me Expedia did not send the info to them correctly so she would not check me. She did offer me a room with a discount for the bluder but hiked up the price $100 more than the expedia reservation. This is a terrible adminstrative process, she blamed me for not calling their front desk to check if they received...
