"The room was clean & everything was functioning. Very cute room! The door handle & window screen needed some fixing but not functional issues. There seemed to be a minimal amount of towels available. The staff was very responsive, always via text which I thought was wonderful, and also very kind in their responses. The property next door was under construction (May 2026) & had dropped nails into the parking lot, I went through & picked them up & expressed my concern to the staff & they indicated...

"Clean room and a super comfortable bed! Access to all amenities, and the hosts made us feel extremely welcome and safe. Communication was easy, as well as checkin/out with processes. We cannot thank Emily & hosts enough for our stay - they helped cater to our every need, and as travelers, made it easy for us to settle in and feel safe."

"When I checked in, the nice lady at the desk told me my reservation was listed under a different person. I showed her my reservation, my itenary #, all of the info she requested. She told me Expedia did not send the info to them correctly so she would not check me. She did offer me a room with a discount for the bluder but hiked up the price $100 more than the expedia reservation. This is a terrible adminstrative process, she blamed me for not calling their front desk to check if they received...

"Charming, stylish, comfortable space with a lovely patio. Everything we needed was provided. Bed was comfy. Location is at the back of a quiet neighborhood and is convenient to town and a short drive into the National Parks. Be aware that the adjacent house may be rented at the same time, impacting privacy a bit. This was not a problem for us, but I can see how it might be for some."

"Upon arrival A/C was not working. during our stay did not get resolved. Had to open windows and balcony door to get a small breeze, however in the path of Airport therefore it was a bit noisey. Notices signs on certain units that Hot water was not available. Luckily our unit not a problem. Located in a great area but not sure if I would stay there again."
