The building is locked and you need a code to enter as well as a code to access the elevator. Even the parking is gated. So I felt very safe in an unknown area and neighborhood. "I spent 9 nights here with my 2 sisters and was our first time in this area. We had decided to use LA public transportation and Taxis and it worked well. We came to relax and enjoy the weather. We hit the weather jackpot. The Condo fit our needs was a beautiful spot to walk the promenade, walk to a few restaurants, coffee, etc and the bus pickups. A good place."
