"Upon arrival A/C was not working. during our stay did not get resolved. Had to open windows and balcony door to get a small breeze, however in the path of Airport therefore it was a bit noisey. Notices signs on certain units that Hot water was not available. Luckily our unit not a problem. Located in a great area but not sure if I would stay there again."

"We had a nice stay at Howards place. The small garden a nice place to drink your morning coffee. It’s situated In a nice part of SF with good restaurants close by and good bus connections into downtown and to Ashbury Haights. Howard was a very considerate and helpful host."

"There was everything there but wash rags for taking a shower. But besides that they had almost everything there. It was comfortable and nice to go somewhere besides a hotel room. We didn't use the washer and dryer cause we never really looked for where to plug the one in at. Or we would have washed everything before we left. We put some dish soap in there fir the next person. I left a half a gallon of milk cause I didn't want to waste it. Make sure you write down the code for the lock. Cause i...
