"Great location. Trouble was that the check in took ages. The woman on the desk had no interest. There was certainly no welcome. She couldn’t find the booking so passed it onto the supervisor who was far better she made some calls and eventually everything was sorted. I think some customer care education for the junior front desk staff is needed. First impressions count and if she had dealt with it I think I may have cancelled and gone elsewhere. "Very noisy location, heavybtrafficvfromnEl Camino Real. Very cumbersome use of Latch app. Early check in did not work; cystomer support nit able to solve issues. Waited three and half hours to get access. Clean apartment and comfortable beds."

Very close to the village, we were able to walk to the shops, restaurants, etc—especially good if you plan to go out to casinos, Peek nightclub, etc. There’s a beach within walking distance, but even Nevada beach was a short drive away. Staff was very attentive when we had an issue with the lock & immediately fixed the problem. We didn’t use the pool, but looked clean as well."

She told me Expedia did not send the info to them correctly so she would not check me. "When the price is too good to be true, you're not going to end up where you think you will. Hotel was run down and the room smelled, floor was dirty and the walls and floors were covered in damage. Pros were that the AC blew cold and water was hot. That's about it. Never again."

"Loved to stay at this property. It was a short Uber ride to lots of wineries and the resort was so beautiful. Super comfy and convenient. The parking was easy, super clean and the check in was so easy."
