"Perfect stay on Catalina. This condo is so cute! The kitchen is well stocked. The bed is comfortable and the view? Of my gosh it is just spectacular! There is only one flight of stairs to navigate which at Hamilton Bay is great. So nice that it includes a golf cart so you can make the 5 minute drive to town in a jiffy to pick up groceries or go out to eat. This is such a beautiful and quiet location on Catalina but there is a pool, gym, tennis courts etc… all of which we managed to use in the...

"My family and I had a great time on the island, the condo was very nice and clean! Kids loved the pool! Hopefully there will be a return for us in the near future."

"Comfortable, clean, and accurate listing. Walkable from the ferry dock and most places in town. We named the golf cart “Rosita,” and had fun exploring the further points of interest. We would definitely stay here again. "

"We loved this unit. The view is unbeatable and we had an amazing time with our family for the long weekend. The property was beautiful, the pool was heated (!) and the private playground & beach areas were fantastic and never crowded. My only suggestion would be a broom or swiffer for guests to sweep up any sand off the floor."

"Beautiful location with stunning views from balcony and dinning room. Very peaceful. Golf cart was needed. Enjoyed our stay. Sofa bed was a bit tricky to close. Pool and gym area were pretty vacant. Had it to ourselves. Nice. "

"The property was perfect for our family. Very clean, quite, plenty of towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. Everyone enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. The cart was an extra bonus because it came with it’s on parking space in town so we didn’t have to worry about moving it. "

"The place was liveable. Could use an update, but overall we had a great time."

"Everything was great. Catalina is becoming our home away from home. We enjoy staying in different areas. This was our first time in the condos. It’s so nice having all the amenities with a full house and a golf cart. We had a hiccup at booking, but Lamont made sure everything was taken care of. Also a small mishap with the golf cart, but they sent the mechanic immediately. Always nice staying somewhere with the owner accessible who takes care of any issues."

"We did not spend much time in the house, but it was overall a comfortable and convenient rental. It is dated, and the golf cart sounded like it was dying but it did not make the visit any less Pleasant. The rental is on a hill, having the golf cart was helpful as we were traveling with our “mature” mother. "

"Amazing stay, better than expected. Photos exactly as expected and view was absolutely stunning. Private community was such a nice place to stay with a pool and jacuzzi and all the other amenities. Great for friends trip but also for families with kids of any age. Of course we loved that it came with a golf cart! Next time we are in Catalina, will definitely be booking here again."

"We loved the location. Easy access to trails leading back to the conservatory but also within walking distance to everything you could want to do. We enjoyed being a bit further away from the main street because it meant nice quiet nights. The property manager was quick to respond by text and very helpful! Thank you!"

"A great place to enjoy the ocean! The condo was clean and surprisingly spacious, and the check-in was really easy. Plus, it came with a golf cart that we used to get into town. The condo is just a bit outside of Avalon, which was actually nice because we were not always in the middle of the busy town. As other reviewers have noted, there is a walk up a few flights of stairs, but the view of the ocean is amazing. We hope to be back!"
