"If you want beautiful views, this is the place to stay. It's outside the city center so it's quieter. The golf cart is a must and easy to use. Grocery store is not too far away. We were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub because they were very close. I would definitely stay here again."

"This place is great - we loved that everyone had their own bathroom. Kitchen was fully stocked. Loved the spa and pool was heated. Only drawback for this 80 year old with arthritis is the number of stairs. I realize Catalina is a city of hills and we had great views, but those stairs were killer on my knees. Otherwise, zI highly recommend this place."

"I know there are a lot of people talking about how it was not clean but it was not the case for me. So I should really thank those people who brought it to the management's attention. Great stay! The layout was perfect for my friends and family - even my 93 year old grandma. Enough bathrooms (2.5) to not feel like we were fighting for one. The location in a much shorter walk than expected but it's not for those who are uncomfortable to do a walk with a slight incline there. So the golf cart came...

"Great stay for multi-gen family. All on one level (other than two very small steps). Equiped with everything you need. Beautiful ocean and harbor views. Golf cart was perfect for 6. Only a 10 minute drive to Avalon (groceries, tours, restaurants), but quiet and isolated from the main city. Recommend for a family or couple Catalina vacation. "

"This location has gorgeous views! It was a comfortable stay, with all of the amenities we needed. The golf cart was a big plus! The fitted sheet wasn’t the correct size for the pull out sofa & a few towels needed updating, but that’s all about what was wrong. Everything else was satisfactory! "

"The home is beautiful, with amazing ocean view and waves crashing over the rocks beneath you. We watched the sea life while sitting on the balcony. The beds are comfortable. Plenty of room for sitting in the family and dining areas. GREAT flat screen TVs. The golf cart worked well and seated 4 of us. Enjoyed hiking, swimming, dining, and Two Harbors for a Biathlon. "The condo is in a beautiful location with spectacular views. Hamilton Cove (the condo complex) is a 10-15 minute golf cart ride from downtown Avalon and there are 4 sets of stairs to get up to the unit. It included a golf cart for 4 that added value to the cost of the stay. The beds were comfortable, the unit is functional, and the washer and dryer is in a closet near the front door, so very convenient.
