"Gorgeous, beautiful, perfect!! We watched dolphins and seals play all day long from our balcony and had so much fun riding the golf cart to town for tours, shopping and dinners. Can’t wait to come back!!!"

"Location was very convenient to everything. Included golf cart ended up not being necessary due to you are not able to take it out of the city which is very walkable. Upon arrival we took photos of what needed repairs, etc. and Kim was great with communication.Would rent the unit again. "

"We stayed at H890 for two nights during the Memorial Day weekend. The home is equipped with every thing we needed. The location was perfect. Close to town by golf cart but serene. We enjoyed the various amenities at the villa including swimming pool, hot tub, and tennis court. Will stay here again."

"My husband and I had a wonderful 3-day mid-May stay at this beautiful property. The views are stunning with Avalon town and restaurant mecca a short 5-7 min golf cart ride away. From the moment the ferry pulled in it was smooth sailing to the condo. Cab line-up is right off the ferry; cost about 23 each way. The condo itself is beautifully appointed and felt like home. "A perfect location where you can relax to the sound of the ocean waves. It’s located in a private community that’s quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the town but not too far that you can drive down with your golf cart whenever you want. The property have a beautiful view of the blue waters."

"The view and location were wonderful. It was nice to have use of a golf cart and secluded beach. Families and kids crowded the pool and hottub laye into the night but overall a great experience. Would stay again. "

"The location of this condo is just a 10 minute golf cart ride from the center of town. Love the fact that this condo came with its own Golf Cart to use. It came in handy going to and from. Everything was clean and the host was quick to respond to any questions I had. The only issue was that some of the outlets in the bedrooms didnt work. Other than that, would definitely stay here again. "

"The good The view is breathtaking and we really enjoyed the balcony. The meh: The tall outdoor chairs could have been more comfortable. The stove needs updating. The microwave is missing a panel in the inside. There were cobwebs in several places and at least 6 spiders. Not much use of the closet. About 1/4 at best. There are lots of stairs getting to the unit. The golf cart has definitely seen better days and it was hard to outrun the fumes. "
