"Terrible experience the guest house was filthy, it had one fork, it did not have working Internet or a working TV. It said it had a blender. It did not it didn’t even have proper sheets on the bed. I found a giant cockroach in the bathroom. I asked Vrbo to move me immediately. They just gave me a runaround and never moved me. I had to buy a Roku to make the TV work for myself. I had to buy a blender.. I had to buy pillows and sheets and a duvet cover. This guest house is not fit to be rented out...

"The perfect stay at the perfect place. It's a lovely house for hanging out with family and friends. Spacious and clean. Great central location with shopping, art and food within a short drive or walk. The hosts were lovely, accommodating and responsive!My siblings and I try to get together in Los Angeles at least once a year and it's wonderful to find a home with so much room and a beautiful back yard. "We had an amazing stay for our all adult family. The HH Sanctuary well accommodated our large family. The large kitchen table seated us all and afforded us incredible views of LA. The city views are available in most of bedrooms with the patios providing access outside to enjoy, especially views. The beds were comfortable and bathroom linens were very nice. "We arrived at location and had to find the unit that we rented out. At this location there are many units. We found our and the unit was extremely hot. We immediately turned on the AC in the unit and went to the pool. The pool was falling apart the tiles are broken off and in the pool floating around. Got back to the room which was still extremely hot. Wanted to leave but the unit would not lock from the outside. Was told by owner to just use the stick provided to lock from inside but again...
