"My stay was one night. I drove up last minute the night before an important meeting. In the morning the shower wouldn’t get warm and then the water pressure cut out completely. No water coming from the shower at all. The owners response was that sometimes in the morning it takes an hour to get hot water up to the 6th floor. I needed two things from this stay - a warm bed and a hot shower. I only got 1 of them."

"This place was such a disappointment. The carpets are filthy, the shower water slows to a trickle every 16 seconds, then comes back ice-cold and then raging hot. The air conditioning units are just swamp coolers taped to the window. The front door lacks a deadbolt, so anyone could simply use a credit card to break into the room or just remove the combo box on the front to get in. "It was the worst experience in my life. I could survive the absence of a lift and climb with my luggage on the 3rd floor through the steep steps but I was shocked when I saw the apartment. It looked like a shelter for the homeless. Very shabby, unclean. The bathroom is in terrible condition. The stove in the kithen is very old and dirty. It was not possible even to make tea. No kettle, no pan to boil water, only old cracky frying pans. Anyway it was impossible to eat anything in this apartment...

"The location is perfect walking distance to multiple T stops and to most everything you could want to do in Boston. The place was comfortable and nice. Safe. The bathroom could use a deep clean that would be my only critique, soaps were watered down and the shower floor didn't look well scrubbed. Outside of this my husband and I had a wonderful time check in and communication were easy. Would stay again."

"The apartment was on the 5th floor with a spiral staircase. The elevator only worked one time going up and once going down. One in our party had a bad knee and one has poor eyesight! I was NOT MADE AWARE of the elevator issues until shortly before checkin. (The certificate in the elevator indicated it was about a year overdue for inspection. The location was very good and the place was clean and good for three people. The kitchen had few dishes, etc. but we didn't really need them. The bathrooms...

"The property was in a fantastic location. We were able to enjoy all of down town Boston on foot. It was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint is that in the listing they say there is an elevator it doesn't mention that it is very unreliable. They do mention that in the check in information. We arrived very late into Boston 1030 pm and tried to use the elevator to get our luggage upstairs and we were stuck in the elevator for approximately 20 minutes before we finally got the door to...
