"I didn't think the bar drinks warranted the high price they asked. Too expensive! At check out I was fine to pay our consumables charged to our room. However, there were unexplained taxes, sewage use from the city, and many other items that could not be explained to me. I want to have all of that expense up front and paid when I book the room. Very disappointing."

"El problema es que volamos de madrugada y llegamos a las 10 am..por lo cual no nos dieron habitacion...pero pasaron las 4pm y la srita de mostrador solo me dijo motivos por los cuales no me podia ayudar...hasta que cambio de turno y otro empleado me cambio de habitacion inmediatamente y disculpandose. El hotel es viejo pero accesible y por demas todo el personal muy amable. Solo desayunabamos ahi y el buffet es recomendable"

"The property was beautiful. Wish the beach was more accessible, but wasn't a big deal. Pool was fabulous and our waiter Juan was amazing. He took great care of us during our entire trip. He made sure we had chairs each day, water, food and drinks. Only negative thing I could say is the pool chairs are uncomfortable, but I would absolutely go back again. "

"Right on the beach, perfection location in the town. Very safe, security was all over the property, helping to cross the street and making sure only guests were on the property. "

"The resort was beautiful and the staff was very attentive, nice and made sure we enjoyed our stay. I do wish they were more informative about the restaurant schedule and the pool closing at 7pm. There wasn’t much info given about the beach club but that also closes early (at 5pm) I was there within their first month of opening so I expected some kinks, as fine progresses I assume it will get better. Also I wish there was a lunch and dinner buffet. "
