"The staff was wonderful . The property is perfectly positioned. The beach is directly in front of the hotel and everything we enjoyed from dining to shopping was within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it. Will definitely stay there again if we're in Tamarindo again."

"The unit was right on the main road and thus it was noisy. The unit had no water pressure to shower (humid and 35 degrees Celsius) or clean the dishes. I have notified the property manager that I will be moving after the first two nights requesting a refund for the last three days. The property manager has approved the early cancellation, but I haven’t received my refund yet."
