"The rooms are large and comfortable, and the courtyard is genuinely lovely — there’s a lot of potential here. Unfortunately, the overall experience falls short of what the property could be. Staffing is very limited, and service suffers as a result. The rooftop pool in particular feels like a missed opportunity: it’s virtually impossible to get a drink, and the area itself has clearly seen better days. Breakfast is extremely basic — honestly closer to a Holiday Inn level than what you’d expect from a hotel like this. The free bicycles are, regrettably, among the worst we’ve encountered in Tulum. With a bit more attention, investment, and presence on the service side, this could be a very good hotel. As it stands, it feels neglected, which is a shame given how much it has going for it."

"Eneste minus er, at værelser ikke er lydisoleret så man kan høre alt. Vi blev vækket kl 5:30 om morgen af, at en person hørte højt musik fra værelset ved siden af og sang med. Det var umuligt at sove."

"This will be a “love/hate” rating The staff was very friend and solved issues. But had to make them aware of upgrade. And the upgrade did not feel like an upgrade. See attached picture. A old jacuzzi and “backyard” with nothing (see picture). Breakfast came with the booking but we also had to remind the staff about this. The hotel itself is nice "

" Virkelig fint og hyggeligt hotel med flotte værelser, der havde alle ønskede faciliteter. Sødt personale, der altid stod klar til at hjælpe. Det kan dog være en god idé med ørepropper, da man nemt kan høre lyde fra gangen og de andre værelser. Hotellet har en god placering, der både er tæt på byen og stranden, hvor det er nemt at cykle til. Hotellet ligger også godt i forhold til at mange udflugter har afgang fra nærområdet. En klar anbefaling af hotellet fra os. "
