"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo is fabulous and the decor, charming. It’s 1 block from a beautiful beach in one direction and another block away from 5th street, which is a car free zone filled with shops, restaurants and night clubs. Everything is at your fingertips. "We had an excellent stay here with friends and family, including four young children. It really is a lovely place. A bit of an issue with the water pressure, so everyone had to shower in the main en suite. Also, the beach is definitely not a five minute walk since you have to walk all the way around a few resorts. Would definitely stay here again."

The individual bedroom set up with their own bathroom makes it so everybody has their own space, but there is a nice gathering spot on the roof under the Palapa near the plunge pool. the location walking distance from fifth Avenue is perfect for us. The hostess was attentive and make sure we had everything we needed. We had a great day thank you."

"House was acceptable and nice, nothing too extravagant. While it has 7 bedrooms, 2 are secluded through a locked exterior door. The beach 4 blocks away, not 1. There is NO concierge as listed. The host was well-intentioned and responsive but it was rarely helpful. I picked the place because of a concierge, but still had to find and book everything myself. The house is in two perimeters of gated communities so taxi access is nearly impossible. The provided address was wrong (and still is), so...

"Lovely tranquil complex. Our unit had some major maintenance problems that took two days to remedy. That problem was no water when we checked in. It was after hours and no real addressing of the problem until the next day. But once contacted, action started, but again took at least a day to get attention and two days to repair. Some ammenities were not working: the hot tub. the dishwasher. Not big but still annoying. Some remotes for the hvac units worked. Some did not. The floor plan is very...

"This house was in a great location. There were so many things we loved about the house, mainly the out door areas. The deck areas and pools were perfect! The house had plenty of room for people to relax on their own. And it had great access to the beach. Just know that it is an older home, it is well cleaned but things need upkeep. Also know that the mattresses are very firm, they were ok for us, but softer would have been nice. And it was a bit hard to not flush toilet paper, but they did...

"Property needs lots of work! Kitchen tap kept falling off, towel rails loose in both bathrooms, leaking walls when raining. Needs a good clean and better pillows. Nothing supplied ie no salt, pepper, oil, sugar, tea or coffee. Not even a tea towel supplied to dry the dishes with. Far from town so need to taxi if you don’t have your own car. Cost was generally around MXN70-100 each way. No good restaurants or bars nearby. Would not stay here again."
