"The beach is beautiful but there wasn't not enough staff by beach or the pool. Loved the oacean view. I had asked to get move to a higher floor because the view from the first floor was minimal. I did asked to get upgrade because that's what it said to do on the Expidia app. They said they didn't show that. I showed them where it said it but still they said I would have to pay extra. "La habitacion estaba bien, hubiera preferido fuera una cama QS y no 2 individuales pegadas (se ve mal), el baño despedia un olor a caño aunq no siempre, uno de los lavamanos tira agua debajo y la cafetera no funciona bien ya que tira agua por que no hace la funcion de filtracion"
