We stayed at the hotel for one week. The hotel was good. The rooms were very new, spacious, and clean. We booked a two bedroom room, which was perfect for our family with two children. Everything was very clean, and the room service was also very clean and well maintained. The main issue with the hotel was that the material around the pool was extremely slippery. We were there with a group of about 20 people, including children, and almost every child slipped and fell several times. Even though the staff tried to dry the area around the pool, the material used around it was very unsafe and unsuitable.
The hotel food, especially the buffet, was very good and high quality. The restaurants in the hotel were okay, but they were quite small and had very limited seating. Because of this, it often took a long time for the food to be served after ordering.
Overall, the hotel is brand new and quite small. Do not expect a large resort. The pool area is also small. There is a pool with a bar and a very nice water view, but it is adults-only, so children are not allowed. This was also a downside, as parents with young children cannot fully enjoy the pool together.
