"Five stars is not enough! Location location location!!!! Essentially a private white sand beach, crystal clear water, beautiful flora and fauna! Scenery was straight out of a movie. The caretakers were amazing. We came back from a long day on Isla Mujeres and they had picked coconuts from the trees on the property, husked them so that the fresh coconut water could be drunk! Bonus they were in the refrigerator so ohhhhhh soooooo cold and refreshing! Truly next level care for our party of 12!...

"Beautiful home! The house is cozy and it is nice and cool in all rooms, even common areas which is not typical for homes by the beach. Ivonne was a great host and very responsive. She even met us at the house to show us around. The home was very clean and even had cleaning service daily. We were able to pre-order groceries which was nice to not have to do when we arrived. The only downfall, but not the biggest deal for us was the sargasso. But it’s everywhere in playa so not much anyone can do...

We felt very secure, and the neighbor was quiet. It is a 15-minute walk to an upscale mall. Exiting the mall brings you to 5th Avenue! "We were very comfortable in the home. We went during a time when there was rain every day. The near by beach was not much of a beach. But. Little ways there was a better beach. The 5th Ave was walking distance. Any communication was quick and effective. If you like a relaxing trip, this this the place to be."
