"The house is absolutely perfect. Huge rooms, each 1 with its own bath. The design is stunning, the location is even better, my niece and nephew and the rest of the family loved the lush foliage and wildlife that paid us a daily visit: iguanas and spider monkeys and different birds. The pool is constantly tended and cleaned. Located in a very quiet and very safe neighborhood. "Man, I can not say enough about this property and overall experience. We had a fabulous time and everyone we communicated with went above and beyond to make our stay fabulous. From the arranged airport pick up to the stocked fridge, and taxi arrangements, the communication was top notch. The area felt very safe and secure. Check in/out gates were always manned and there was plenty do within walking distance. The beach was beautiful, the pool clean… I could go on and on. We hope to visit again...

"The property was clean and well kept. It’s a vigorous walk into town for some older folks but doable. The air conditioning in each bedroom was a god send. Very much a family type atmosphere. Alma was great to work with, we loved having her there. We will be back."

"Eric and Naty could not have been nicer and more helpful to make our stay so enjoyable. The house is spacious, the terraces are plenty, the palapa is a wonderful room to hang out in with family or to curl up on the hammock with a good book and swing along with the breeze. "The condo was clean and well equipped. The original listing (when we booked) had an incorrect location. (They have since corrected it). It was a bit frustrating at first as we had wanted to walk to more things, we had rented a car though so we were able to drive everywhere we wanted to go. In the end the location had a more authentic feel and was less touristy, which for us turned out to be more fun and a great contrast to the 5th Ave area. "Jose was easy to communicate with and helped us out with all extra services. Pool was nice and large bedrooms. Our children enjoyed the bikes provided too. Home is well located in gated playacar with security on the street outside Home could have been cleaner when we arrived, new filters in AC units and dryer and home does not have CENTRAL AC only split units so main spaces and living areas are difficult to keep cool especially in the hot Mexico temps."

"This rental was in a decent location. It was about a mile from a local beach, 15 minutes from downtown (dancing and dining) and approximately 30 minute drive to Tulum. Property was protected with bars on the windows, neighborhood quiet. We felt safe. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Nothing fancy. Could have used a deep clean honestly. We did smell mold in the home- but we noticed that most places we visited (unless in the resort areas), had a strong scent of mold in the air. If you have a mold...

"The location for what we wanted to do in the area was great. The facilities looked amazing and the property provided everything we needed for our week long stay. There were shops and places to eat in the community which made it convenient for when we needed things. I will be looking forward to staying here again. The property manager was so easy to communicate with was was very helpful. We loved it!"

"Ingen elevator, sengelamperne fjernet, intet lys i lampe v. spejl i badeværelse, ingen møbler på balkonen m.m. Man kan vel altid finde kritikpunkter, men på trods af disse ting, så havde vi ni skønne dage på hotellet. Beliggenheden er helt perfekt for 5. gade samt stranden til den ene side og Walmart og Mega varehusene i modsat retning. Personalet var søde og imødekommende og der var pænt og rent. Fint til prisen. Vil bo der igen!"
