"The property was Fabulous and beautiful and well maintained and everything as advertised and then some. An incredibly lovely house and view.BUT...The cherry on the top was our Concierge Hank and his team who made our stay what it ended up being!!Never had a service like this before and what a difference it made.Hank recommended a Dive shop (Mexico Divers) who were Incredible as we had 3 certified divers, 1 snorkeler & 3 certified divers in our group on a private boat with 3 dive masters.BUT......

"We had an absolutely wonderful time! The lagoon was gorgeous, the home was so comfortable, and communication with staff was great! I would 100% recommend this property, and would love to return! The caretakers are also very kind and thoughtful. In fact, one of sisters brought a hat and the band around it came off. After a cleaning one morning, the hat was repaired even without being asked, which was unexpected and so appreciated! We felt very cared for and welcome!"

"20 mins away from the hotel zone. Close to Go mart and convenience store to purchase toiletries. Also walmart nearby and uber is convenient to use as well. Quiet area, safe, house was exactly as the pictures. Aside from the toilets not working upstairs the house was great. The pool was cleaned for my stay daily & the host was responsive at all times. I will stay again when i return to cancun. "

"This place worked out perfectly for us. It's in town so walking distance to countless restaurants and a few blocks away from the busy streets so it wasn't noisy. The kitchen looked brand new and everything was nice and updated. Nice pool and lounge areas. We rented a car and scooters so the garage helped. Excellent communication and responsiveness from the property manager. Would stay here again."
