"The house is absolutely perfect. Huge rooms, each 1 with its own bath. The design is stunning, the location is even better, my niece and nephew and the rest of the family loved the lush foliage and wildlife that paid us a daily visit: iguanas and spider monkeys and different birds. The pool is constantly tended and cleaned. Located in a very quiet and very safe neighborhood. "Came with a group of friends to celebrate birthdays. The house was beautiful and the location, with the views, was stunning. Its walking distance to several restaurants and bars. We did not feel the need for a golf cart. Taxis were quicker, when needed, and fairly inexpensive. Hank was on top of everything we asked and was a great help! Thank you Hank and Toto for making our trip amazing!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Villa Valera. The house was as pictured and very clean. Ana the house manager was very attentive and helped us with our needs between a mid stay clean as we were switching guest mid stay. She also shopped for us upon arrival and again mid stay. The home had everything we needed and was very comfortable for 12 people."

"Man, I can not say enough about this property and overall experience. We had a fabulous time and everyone we communicated with went above and beyond to make our stay fabulous. From the arranged airport pick up to the stocked fridge, and taxi arrangements, the communication was top notch. The area felt very safe and secure. Check in/out gates were always manned and there was plenty do within walking distance. The beach was beautiful, the pool clean… I could go on and on. We hope to visit again...

"This place is like dream! Really nice interior design. Comes with washer dryer which is an added plus if you plan on staying longer than 5 days. Just remember to not flush anything down the toilet! Not even toilet paper. The toilets here extremely sensitive."

"Located in the hip La Veleta neighborhood, it is a brand new development with only 8 casitas so it is very private. A 15min walk from downtown Veleta where there are plenty of fun things to do and a 15min bike ride to the beach it is very centric. Place is very well outfitted and has everything you would need to have the perfect stay. Rooftop palapa and pool are super fun to have and enjoy. Highly recommend!"

"We loved the privacy that 3 en-suite rooms allowed. This is such a cool layout. Not a lot of indoor living space to gather, but we spent most of our time on the patio anyway. We never got tired of checking out the crabs at night and watching the iguanas all day. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a couple meals. We rented a golf cart for a couple days, but didn’t mind the 20 minute walk into town on the days we didn’t have a cart. We would love to stay again the next time we visit the...

"Great property. The pool and the views were fantastic. Perfect location on the island. We did have some maintenance issues(ac/power outages ) but sometimes things just happen. What was important though, once management was notified it was taken care of immediately. I would come back."

Communication was great, and Eliaz helped us arrange golf cart rentals and groceries to be ready once we arrived. We are a close group of friends, so the open rooms for sleeping worked well for us, but other than the tree house room and separate guest house the rooms are open if that influences anyone’s selection.
